How can I make ,my page smaller?

-On my computer, on the bottom of the right hand side there used to be an adjust level. ranging from 100 to 400, for the size of the page. Well it's gone now and it's stuck on big, so how can I bring the page back to size 150? On your menu bar at the top of your browser, click View and go down to Zoom. Select 100%.
