How do i alter this image? (printmaster)?

-I have printmaster platinum installed on a macbook, and i would like to alter this image...(move the position of the arm). I thought i could freeform crop around it and cut it and paste it in a different spot, but turns out that i can only do rectangular cropping, not freeform. is their any other way i could do this? or do i just have to purchase a new program? PLEASE HELPIt might be possible to do with printmaster (I don't own it, so I don't know its particular capabilities), but it most likely is really only designed to do basic editing like cropping and applying color effects. You'd probably be better off using Photoshop or the GIMP (which is free):
