How write or edit in adobe pdf?

-I was sent a application and I want to write on the pdf file. It wont show the cursor so I can answer the question how can I do this?You need to buy and install the Adobe Acrobat program to edit PDFs like that. You are probably using Adobe Reader, which will only let you view the document. If you want, I could convert the file for you so that you can edit it, as I have Adobe Acrobat.
