HTML:

<form id="contactform" name="htmlform" method="post" action="html_form_send.php">

<table width="450px">

</tr>

<tr>

<td valign="top">

<label for="first_name">First Name *</label>

</td>

<td valign="top">

<input type="text" name="first_name" maxlength="50" size="30">

</td>

<tr>

<tr>

<td valign="top">

<label for="email">Email Address *</label>

</td>

<td valign="top">

<input type="text" name="email" maxlength="80" size="30">

</td>

</tr>

<tr&The code looks without mistakes. Maybe it's a problem that you haven't installed php? How are you testing it, on virtual server? Does it support php? You can also make a contact form with php forms http://phpforms.net/
