Will there be a jailbreakme 4.0 coming out for the iOS 4.3.4?

-There is an untethered one, aka a beta version.

This is a test version and may cause your ios platform to crash.

There will be a new jailbreak version coming out later this year.

So if i were you i would just wait till the proper version comes out.
