Help compilers and IDEs?

-im a starting hobbyest, and i have no problem with the programming languages, but the compilers and ides are a nightmare, either they dont work or are not what i wanted, i need on for python and one for c++.Eclipse has plugins for Python and C++ which is convenient. I used Eclipse for C++ development for awhile and I have to say Code::Blocks is way better. The plugins for Code::Blocks are awesome. It's better in every aspect than Eclipse except for a few insignificant things.
