How do I fix this bad image error?

-Every time I turn on my computer right before I log into windows I get four bad image errors, then it lets me log in. After I log in I get spammed with them atleast 30+. Every time I click to open a program I get the same error message.

"The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\HNETWIZ32.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

I don't have a CD/DVD drive or floppy disk slot in my little laptop, so I don't know what to do.You're infected. Well, your computer is, anyway.
