Why does abode flash player keep crashing?

-When i try to watch a movie or video...my shockwave player or flash player crashes. It was working fine a few days ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled flash player, but I can't get it to work. What do I need to do?Your Flash Player is not functioning well. Follow this Adobe Flash Tutorial:

1) Open Device Manager



2) Find the sound-card device



3) Remember the name of the device



4) Uninstall it.



5) After doing this restart your system.
